Please note that if you browse and use this website you agree to comply and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which sets out our relationship with you with regards to our website.
Purchases at Born Ready Baby Products Pty Ltd
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You can place an order online as a guest or by creating an account. You can also place an order offline by emailing your order to: firstname.lastname@example.org or calling: 02 9945 0688.
Once your order is placed online or offline you will be emailed an order confirmation via your nominated email address.
Please check your order confirmation to ensure your ordered items and quantity, contact and delivery details are correct. If you find an error on your order confirmation please contact our office immediately so we can amend your order. Once your order is dispatched, your items ordered and delivery details cannot be changed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our office. You will receive a tracking nr as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We accept payment online via our secure electronic payment system facilitated by Eway/Bendigo Bank.
Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa and Paypal online.
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled via email or in writing by you. You will receive a confirmation of collation via email from Minimonkey Australia
All items are checked and packaged with care prior to dispatch. Should you believe an item received is faulty please contact us via phone or email to discuss the issue. You may be requested to provide photographs of any damaged items to assist in determining the fault.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus transport costs).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your goods. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. We will charge $ 14.95 admin fee for returns.
Note that we only ship Australia Wide.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Your tracking nr will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We give a 12 months warranty on all our products.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately
